CAY / SOCA Airport (Cayenne - French Guyana) Country issue

Hi all,

Just wanted to share that CAY/SOCA airport is known on the game as from "French Guyana" for country. 

In reality, the French Guyana is part of France the same way as Martinique (FDF), Guadeloupe (PTP), SFG in St Marteen (French part of the island) or in the other side of the world with RUN La Reunion island. 

The consequence is that during the game, HQ in France, I'm not allowed to open a International Hub the same way I can for the other airports.
