Used bought aircraft never arrived

Hi,

I bought and paid for 2 Boeing 737-400 from the used market but only on was delivered.

 

this aircraft: Aircraft ID #1786: Boeing 737-400 (Age: 8 years, Value: $25,422,277.52), was never delivered.

 

i have some screen shots in the attachments.
