Aircraft Deliveries pushed back

Posted by CAJUN HUSTLER on 08 November 2014 - 11:53 PM

In R-1 world, I was the launch customer for the A-319-100 with 300 orders. I had been waiting for the first delivery in Feb. 1996 and now today I log in and find out that none have been delivered and that instead of my deliveries starting in Feb. 1996, I now have to wait until 2002 for my first A-319's. The same thing has happened with my A-340-300E orders, they were pushed back without me doing ANYTHING to cause this to happen.
I see other airlines getting their A-319's but not me...Please fix the data base and have my aircraft delivered including ones that should have already been delivered.

Thank You.

Did you order an A320s?

No, after I placed my order for 300 A-319's and the down payment was deducted from my account, I kept track of the status of the order as I do with everything else. I have a very high attention to detail.
I did not order any more A-320s after the initial orders when it first became available. I was actually phasing a lot of them out of my fleet.
My Pending deliveries even showed that my first A-319 was to arrive in Feb. 1996 and had plans to finish phasing out my 737-200ADV's and some 737-300's.
After I placed my order for the A-319's I went back to verify and it showed me as launch customer and no one ordered any for several hours after I placed my order.
Everything was fine up until I got up today and logged in expecting to see my first A-319's and when they were not there I went and checked the pending deliveries and had to scroll all the way down to 2002 to see my first delivery. So this is something that happened on the server side within the past 24hrs.
I should have had 5 of them delivered already. :/

I'm not sure what the cause was, but I moved your A319 deliveries back to the correct start date. Any deliveries that should've occurred before the current date have been delivered retroactively.
