I was having financial problems, and did massive restructuring. Sold off a bunch of gates, but it double-subtracted. I'm now have negative gates (RDU, CLE in S2) which count as a deduction for the gate lease and so I'm only getting charged if I lease a new gate as I have a net negative lease cost.

That doesn't do anything. Still have -2 gates at CLE. Now have -1 gates at RDU but I have bought 4 since my first post.
This happens when people open new airlines, and that city is their base. The negitive happens (the -2) when there are 3 gates at the airport before someone takes the 5 gates as their automatic base gates whan they start their airline. The -5 happens when there are 0 gates whan they open their airline.
