Confirmed a lease and lost the money, but I didn't get the aircraft

I negotiated a lease for an Airbus A300B4 and confirmed the lease. My account lost the money for the lease, and it brought me to the aircraft page after confirming, but when I went to change seating configuration it said I didn't own the aircraft. It's not in my aircraft list either.
