Hey guys, I'm brazilian, and Brazil is part of MERCOSUL (Mercado Comum do Sul), which is comosed of Brazil, Argentina, Uruguay and Venezuela. So I'd like to ask you to make MERCOSUL as EU, in which we can for example: being a brazilian airline and operatin flights from Argentina to Paraguai.

What do you think, I think that it will be cool.

Yes. There is an agreement like Schengen Space in EU.

AE open skies includes cabotage rights. If you have a source indicating that the MERCOSUL air agreement grants member states cabotage rights, please post it here. :)

I'm sorry. I made a mistake the agreement predicts free movement of people. I'm sorry.
